Dear ms zrihen
I am reading a book called “across the universe” by Beth Revis. The characters are Elder, Eldest, Doc,and Amy. The genre is science fiction. The setting takes place on a ship called godspeed. The conflict is man vs society. The tone is harsh because what if you were getting yelled at for not being normal to the other people. The mood is harsh.
The theme is just because your different doesn't mean you should get crisized. The moral is don't be harsh. The point of view is first person. The author’s purpose is to entertain. The author’s perspective is mean.
The story begins in a science lab and their freezing amy’s parents and her because they found another earth. The other one became polluted so they have to put a wire down her throat so that the inside is frozen. Then she is placed in a freezing place so that she can be frozen and ready to go to the other earth. The trip takes 300 years to get to the new planet. So she is thinking about everything. 250 years past and someone had disconnected room 42. So amy woke up from the freezing coffin.when she wakes up she tries to pullout the tubes inside her so she gets help from the doctor and elder. They get the tubes out and they go to the doctors office so that they can talk.
