I’m reading the book called across the universe by Beth revis. The genre is sci-fi. The characters Amy, elder, eldest, doc. The setting takes place on a ship going to a new earth. The conflict was that Amy was supposed to be unfrozen for 300 years but she was unfrozen at 250. The theme is treat people the way they treat you. The point of view is third person. The authors’ purpose is to entertain. The author perspective is meanthe tone is harsh. The mood is harsh.
After they talk the doc says to Amy that he going to be gone for a while and he says that this your room until we get to the new earth. so she takes a shower and when she gets out she finds clothing in the drawer. Then he hears a ding and it a oven so Amy looks inside and finds a meat cake ans so she eats it then when she put on her cloth she went outside and ran and found a city that has the same people. The people on the street asked a lot of questions and so an old lady said to carry on and told Amy that she needs to go Back to where she came from when she did a guy helped her clean up because she was dirty.
